As a result of her successful showings both at PAFA and at several galleries in Philadelphia (most recently at Artists' House), Abby has sold numerous paintings to a growing clientele of art collectors and art lovers throughout the Northeast. Her outstanding skills are evident not only in her original works, but also in portraiture and in reproductions of master paintings.
Abby's portraits and reproductions are frequently done from photographs posed by the artist or simply provided by the client. Her technical skill and knowledge of anatomy allow her to successfully recreate images even from photographs in poor condition. Drawings or paintings of sculptures are also available.
Abby works in oil, graphite or charcoal. She specializes in representational (not abstract) art and has reproduced works by Vermeer, Pontormo, and Ingres.
